You have a right to courteous and professional care and service. If you experience care or service which is less than you expect, we want to know. Please tell a staff member or request to see the Nursing Manager, even if you think it is trivial. You are not bothering us – that is what we are here for! We welcome the opportunity to address your concern and it is almost always in our power to do so.
Patient feedback is important to the team at the Central Surgery as our team are committed and focussed on providing outstanding care and customer service to our patients. Your feedback provides us the opportunity to evaluate our care we are providing. We value the feedback and comments you provide to improve our services. Discuss your concerns with the Nursing Manager or the Medical Director at 2285 1908.
Write to the Chief Executive Officer or the Medical Director at The Central Surgery, 3/F., Champion Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong. All complaints received in writing receive a response within seven days.
